Thomas Hoogwerkers and Ufkes Greentec join forces for a strong future
Thomas Hoogwerkers and Ufkes Greentec are joining hands! As of January 1, 2026, Thomas Aerial Work Platforms will continue under the new name Thomas & Ufkes BV. With this step, both companies combine their years of experience and innovative strength to support customers in an even more targeted and efficient way. The new organization is ready to strengthen its position in Belgium and take the step towards Wallonia and France, while Ufkes Greentec retains its strong position and brand identity.
The collaboration creates a single point of contact, fast service and a complete offering. Both companies have been serving the same target groups for many years, including in the forestry and green sectors. By combining their expertise, a strong market player emerges with short lines of communication, a broad product range and a solid service organization that can also grow internationally.
From its headquarters in Merchtem, Thomas & Ufkes BV will be responsible for the sales and service of both aerial work platforms and wood processing machinery. Thanks to the pooling of knowledge and expertise, customers can benefit from direct communication, faster follow-up and a stronger service organization.

On January 9, 2026, this collaboration will be officially launched with an event for customers, partners and relations. During the festive opening, visitors can attend live demonstrations of wood chippers, aerial work platforms and other innovative solutions. In addition, we will offer an inspiring look at our future plans, in which growth, innovation and collaboration take center stage.
