This 21-metre towed aerial work platform is remarkably light, which means I can easily access people&#8217;s gardens, even when the entrance is narrow or the ground is sensitive. That is an enormous advantage for my daily work.  <\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #c10a27;\">How does the machine help with your daily operations?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Tom:<\/strong> The reach is fantastic. Both the working height of 21 metres and the lateral reach of 13.50 metres allow us to treat trees that were previously difficult or impossible to reach. When problems arise, I can always reach Thomas &amp; Ufkes quickly. They always have the necessary spare parts in stock, which keeps downtime to a minimum. And the service is personal and smooth. You really get the feeling that they think along with you.    <\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #c10a27;\">Was there anything that pleasantly surprised you?<\/span><\/h2><p><strong>Tom:<\/strong> Absolutely. When I had bought an aerial work platform and had to wait for production, I was allowed to borrow one to bridge the waiting period. That was a wonderful gesture that shows how Thomas &amp; Ufkes treats their customers.
